Value Delivered

Dynalectric Company (Colorado) performed tenant improvements for Western Union’s new headquarters, made up of ten floors—totaling 250,000 square feet of office and meeting space. The area featured a grand staircase, and unique modern lighting figures throughout.

We worked on a phased-occupancy schedule so that staff could move in during construction. This required all life safety systems to be operational ahead of move-in. Our team upgraded the life safety generator during occupancy.
