Value Delivered
For Colorado College, Dynalectric Company (Colorado) demolished and installed electrical systems for the Tutt Library renovation and expansion. The project featured 39,000 square feet of expansion, including a new 9,700-square-foot fourth level, and the demolition of the Tutt South wing. The newly-renovated 63,000-square-foot library houses a new Center for Immersive Learning and Engaged Teaching.
The renovations helped Colorado College achieve their commitment to 100-percent carbon neutrality. The library is now the largest carbon-neutral, net-zero academic library in the U.S.
